My twitch has 1.2k followers and its the only platform that I can apply for the code from. Dont have the requirements on instagram, twitter, or youtube. They told me to use instagram, twitter, or youtube. I was told that epic games would unlink my twitch to I can use it but they lied to me. I never got an email of the deletion until it got fully deleted. I applied for the code and put in my twitch and it says its connected to another account. The past 6 days I have been in talked with epic games and all they fixed was the application to apply for the code.

By the time I got to update the information that they wanted me to update my code was removed. Before I was removed from the program I got an email that wanted me to update information but I was out of town for 14 days + no internet.

I was out of town and I got an email that I was removed from the program. Ĭreator Code disapproval and staff lies to youġ year ago I applied for the Support-a-creator code program. For example, even the Ubisoft Launcher does this better. It's difficult to write down that feeling. In Steam you can click on a game and check more "option" or other things, but here you instantly launch the game - there's like no space for you like a profile. It is not intuitive, complicated, confusing. what? Can't you just scan the drive like Steam? Then the navigation. For a company with as much money as Epic has + in the Year 2023 how have they not implemented a feature to detect already installed games? You have to use a workaround where you start to download the game anew, then stop the download, then copy the files. The launcher itself lacks convenient features that, for example, Steam has. I'm giving 2 Stars because they recently implemented the Cashback system (+1 Star) which is really cool/nice - even though I'll probably rarely use them since I almost never buy a game on Epic. one guy which is lazy, another guy which thinks that i have access to my old email, and an another guy which probably didnt read the ticket and decided to close it instantly.īad/unintuitive UI - lacks useful features. So in conclusion, Epic Games is a complete and utter joke when it comes to support. And the last guy closed the ticket not even 2 minutes i sent it.

The second guy decided to help me with an half-assed solution which is sending an verification email to my HACKED account, and i said that i dont have access anymore and the guy behind the support said that i have to contact my mail provider even tho i already said that even my mail provider couldnt help me.

I decided to use the live chat and the guy then tried to contact me through email, but did i ever get an mail from him? Hell no.

However, at the time of writing, the only mention of DLC in Epic's policy is as follows: "If you receive a refund for a game, you will also receive a refund for all in-app and downloadable content purchases you made through the Epic Games store for that game, so long as that content has not been consumed, modified, or transferred." I have to wonder what the rules are if you only want to refund a piece of DLC, but not the full game you bought it for.My email which was linked to my Epic Games account was hacked and couldnt regain access to my email account anymore, so i contacted Epic Games and asked them if they could change the email adress to another one i use, and it is a complete shitshow. Steam lets you refund most DLC provided you haven't played the game it's attached to for more than two hours since you purchased the DLC. That said, Epic's policy on refunding DLC is less clear. This refund policy is functionally identical to Steam's, which has the same two-week and two-hour rules. In a follow-up tweet, he clarified that you can cancel a pre-order at any time for a full refund, or refund a pre-ordered game within 14 days of its release - again, provided you haven't played it for more than two hours. "The team is working on the self-service solution, but for now, you'll have to go through player support," Galyonkin said. The Epic Games Store will let players refund any game purchased within 14 days and played for less than two hours.
